The activities primarily follow four phases:
- Feeling the Future, participants explore global trends and technologies, identifying opportunities with strategic foresight and sustainability insights
- Review & Imagine empowers them to turn ideas into prototypes through creative workshops and market simulations, gaining practical tools to test and refine concepts.
- Setting the Future focuses on transforming prototypes into actionable and scalable solutiona, while ensuring alignment with regulatory and sustainability standards.
- Developing the Future, participants prepare for implementation and learn to sustain innovation through leadership and analytics.
